A few years ago we chose to implement a new flexible benefits system and opted to transfer the benefits administration away from Secondsight. However, I’m delighted that Secondsight are again now managing our group risk and healthcare. After a while it became clear that Secondsight had provided a much higher level of support and service, which perhaps we had taken for granted.
