In June 09, Mark Bingham, Ian Muscat and Dave Branagh of Secondsight were delighted to accompany Helen Robinson and Dorothy Ewing of Nutricia to the Employee Benefit Awards 2009. Secondsight had entered its client Nutricia, into the awards. At the lunchtime event, we waited with baited breath for the results to be announced and were delighted to hear that Nutricia had won the following category:
Most Effective pensions strategy.
In this closely-fought category, the judges were impressed by Nutricia’s approach to moving from a self-administered money purchase pension plan to a group personal pension. They liked the high level of staff involvement throughout the change and the baby food manufacturer’s commitment to offering advice to all staff, which is unusual in this sector.
Well done to Nutricia and all of those at Secondsight who helped them achieve such great results.
