Our relationship with Foster Denovo

Secondsight is a specialist Employee Benefits team operating within Foster Denovo Limited, a national firm of Independent Financial Advisers. Secondsight specialise in the research and development of employee benefits and its communication. A significant proportion of this communication involves providing employers and employees with financial advice and is deemed a financial services regulated activity. To deliver this part of the communication, specialist Foster Denovo advisers who have Secondsight Accreditation are deployed.

Meet the team behind Secondsight

Directors of Secondsight
Darren Laverty has been instrumental in the successful design, implementation and communication of numerous employee benefit schemes. Darren's passion is to continually find ways of improving how benefits are communicated and perceived by employees.

Darren has spoken at numerous industry conferences on the effective communication of benefits and appears regularly in HR publications discussing this, and other benefit related issues.

Mark Bingham has been providing employee benefits advice to employers since 1994. Mark has worked with a number of leading innovators on ways to encourage employees to save more for their retirement, much of which has been published within the employee benefits press.

He is an advocate of using human interaction when communicating pensions and benefits. Mark strongly believes this is the only way to truly help employers achieve a tangible Return on Investment, and for employees to really understand and value their benefits.

The Secondsight Client Experience Team
Led by Paula Brazier, the Client Experience Team administers all of our clients' benefits and pensions. They are on hand should a member of staff have a query regarding their pension or benefits. Each member of the team is responsible for a specific client; ensuring they have the highest level of knowledge. You can be confident your call will be answered by a person who will always endeavour to help.

The Secondsight Project Team
Ian Muscat heads up the Project Team who are responsible for managing and installing a client's new benefits. Ian works alongside Paula Brazier and her team, as well as Ben Trillow, Project Manager with Secondsight, to ensure the installation and communication of the benefits and pensions run as smoothly as possible.

Secondsight Advisers
We only work alongside advisers from Foster Denovo who have gone through the Secondsight Accreditation process. This ensures they meet the high expectations we place upon ourselves to deliver the best for our clients.
