We love to talk to people, and whilst we love doing this face to face, and 100% believe this is the best method of communicating and increasing appreciation, it isn’t always feasible.  So, we have embraced the use of technology to complement our preferred method of delivery.

Our delivery methods could include some, or all of the following: group presentations and tutorials, webinars and WebXs, one to one advice sessions, adviser days. All of which can be complemented by online communication, from Mybenefitsatwork.  To promote the comms, we’d create an integrated and multi-channel communication plan to fit in your expectations and budget. But what really does make us different is what we’re saying.  We use plain English, everyday language in all of our communication methods. We take an often complex subject and make it simple and easy to understand and fun.

Our Net Promotor Score (NPS)

Our clients are really important to us and we aim to provide them with an exceptional customer experience.

With customer expectations rapidly increasing, we constantly review the feedback we receive; taking on board every single one of our clients’ needs and their feedback, working hard to continuously improve our customer experience.

We use Net Promoter Score (NPS) to gauge our clients’ attitudes to our services. NPS is used to measure how likely the people we work with would recommend us to a colleague, or someone else. At Secondsight, we are committed to providing exceptional client service, and this is reflected in how our clients feel about us.  Our clients gave us +63.98 NPS score. A score of +50 is deemed as being world class.

We continue to work with hundreds of employers; corporates, SME’s and charities to provide advice, guidance and quality communication to employers and employees. As a recognition of our work, our most recent awards include:
