With the current financial climate being so volatile, many employees are struggling to keep on top of everyday bills, which is affecting their mental and financial wellbeing. According to recent research by Money and Mental Health Policy Institute, 59% of UK adults say that the cost of living crisis has had a negative impact on their mental health, such as leaving them feeling anxious, depressed or hopeless. It also revealed that 1 in 5 UK adults say they have felt “unable to cope” due to the rising cost of living.

For some employees, there is nowhere to turn as they feel the impacts from rising food, fuel and energy prices. But we believe there is so much more employers can be doing to support employees now, as well as in the future, with some simple, effective and low-cost solutions.

However, many employers don’t have the time, knowledge or expertise. That’s why, we are on a mission to share everything we know and have learnt about financial wellbeing by creating the ultimate Financial Wellbeing Masterclass. This will provide HR professionals with the skills and expertise they need to implement financial wellbeing into their business, straight away.

Our recent research revealed that people wanted to learn about this virtually and in bitesize lessons, therefore the Masterclass will be split into four 2-hour bitesize lessons, split across 4 days. The schedule is:

  • Wednesday 22nd June, 9am – 11am
  • Thursday 23rd June, 9am – 11am
