Improving employee engagement is the biggest HR challenge for businesses in 2014.

This is just one of the findings from research conducted by Secondsight with Clarity Surveys in to the issues facing HR this year.

More than half (54 per cent) of respondents believe that improving employee engagement is their biggest HR challenge. In addition, retaining talent and budgetary constraints were ranked second and third respectively.
